Whether it’s everyday demands, chronic and ongoing challenges, or the impact of traumatic stress that you are facing, you can begin to flow with the currents of life instead of against them.
Learn how to support your nervous system from the inside out.
Reconnect with your innate resilience and build greater capacity for life’s challenges.
Whether you are interested in self-care or you are a professional looking to support your clients and bolster their healing capacity, the Nervous System RESET personal programs and Professional Trainings will help you access the skills and awareness to better negotiate the impacts of stress.
Personal RESET (for the General Public):
The Personal RESET is 6-session program that spans 3-4 months of private and ongoing learning and mentorship under Jessica’s guidance. Nervous system regulation and re-education work is delicate and takes time to cultivate. Pacing things this way allows you to integrate the information and to learn the somatic skills gradually and apply them regularly over time. The goal of this program is to support you in making lasting, self-care changes that will help transform your life.
All sessions are conducted via video conference so they can be arranged from the comfort of your home or office, whichever you prefer. All you need is a strong internet signal and a laptop or tablet with a camera. This also allows Jessica to work with clients from any geographical region.
The cost for this program is $475 which includes the 6 sessions as well as 4 educational videos, and a guidebook that you download and work with between your sessions. Clients find this guidebook to be a helpful tool in integrating their learning.
The Personal RESET can also be offered in a group format that works well for organizations wanting to bring effective self-care strategies into their workplace. The group format combines an initial, in-person workshop blended with weekly individual video conference sessions to create a deep, experiential process.
For more information on group offerings, please contact Jessica directly.
Content covered in the program:
- Basic physiology of the stress response
- The body’s natural protection and recovery responses
- Cultivating and tracking internal safety
- Signs and indicators of activation and calming cycles in your stress response
- Orienting exercises and tracking body sensations
- Regulation skills and approaches

Nervous System Know-How for Practitioners and Clinicians: Introduction to Nervous System RESET
Nervous System Know-How for Practitioners is the introductory, pre-requisite pathway that prepares professionals interested in pursuing the Professional Training Program (see details below). This pre-requisite track has beed designed as a fully online, distance learning format allowing easy access for professionals regardless of their geographical location. This program provides a theoretical and experiential overview of the Nervous System RESET process and consists of the following components:
- 6 private video sessions with Jessica where you will learn the somatic practices that form the foundation of the RESET approach
- a 6-Module, self-paced online course of study that covers the foundational theory, physiology, and neuroscience of stress and trauma
- a 2-hour group video session to review core concepts prior to the commencement of the Professional Training program
All participants will receive with an overview of the comprehensive neurophysiology of stress and trauma, as well as an understanding of how to begin to cultivate a neurophysiology of safety within the body. Participants will also receive an assortment of practical somatic skills for quieting the nervous system and promoting resilience. Because additional learning, skills, and training are needed before one is ready to deliver this transformative approach, participants will not be able to use the Nervous System RESET process directly with clients without first completing the full Professional Training Program (see details below).
